Getting a Trailblazer Card:
Your first Trailblazer Card is issued at no cost. Go to the Trailblazer Card Office, located int he Student Center, 2nd Floor Lobby to obtain your card. To verify your identity, you must provide one of the following forms of ID at the time your card is made:
- United States Driver's License
- Military ID
- Another Student ID
Replacing lost or stolen card:
If your card is lost or stolen, cardholders need to deactivitate the card immediately online. The cardholder need to go by the Trailblazer Card Services Office for a replacement card. The following steps further explain this process:
Step 1: To deactivate your card online, and report your card lost/stolen go to the Card Services webpage at www.longmont-colorado-living.com/trailblazercard; select Deactivate Card, login using your network username and password. Select the Card Services tab at the top of the page, then select deactivate card. You may contact your Trailblazer Card Services Office during normal business hours for replacement cards.
Step 2: Call 1-800-822-4283 and report your card lost/stolen if you have activated the Money Network Discover account on your card or visit the Card Services Office immedately to get your card replaced. When calling the 1-800 number, if you do not have your card, press the star key to speak to a Customer Service Representative. Replacement card fee is $20.00. Once a new card is issued, prior cards cannot be re-activated.
Replacing a damaged card:
No charge will be imposed for the replacement of a card that ceases to function through normal, daily usage. Characteristicsnot indicating normal usage are broken edges or corners, non-authorized hole punches, and vertical breakage/cracking. A charge will be imposed for the replacement of a card not indicating normal usage.
